Bulaxior — Official Trading Platform Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set out the rules that govern your use of the digital tools, software, and online environment (the "Platform") operated by Bulaxior ("we," "us," or "the Company").

The Platform provides AI-powered analytics, financial tools, and decision-support technology (collectively, the "Services").

Anyone who browses, registers, or interacts with the Platform in any capacity is a "User" or "you."

When you access the official Bulaxior platform, open an account, or use any Platform feature — including APIs, widgets, and workflows — you confirm that you've read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and the Bulaxior Privacy Policy.

Bulaxior may update these Terms at any time. If you continue using the Platform after we post changes, you accept the revised version in full.

1. How Bulaxior Works: Platform Access and Service Framework

1.1 Conditional Right of Use

When you follow these Terms, Bulaxior grants you a limited, revocable, non-transferable, non-exclusive right to use the Platform for lawful, responsible purposes only.

Bulaxior may adjust, restrict, pause, or discontinue any Platform feature or Service at any time — without prior notice.

1.2 Regulatory and Legal Eligibility for United States Users

By using the Platform, you confirm that:

  • every piece of information you provide to Bulaxior is accurate and current;
  • you're legally permitted to enter binding agreements in your jurisdiction;
  • your use of the official Bulaxior platform complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and third-party rights in United States;
  • your conduct does not violate financial, consumer-protection, or data-privacy rules applicable in United States.

You're responsible for maintaining full compliance throughout the entire period you use the Service.

1.3 Oversight and Enforcement

Bulaxior may — but is not obligated to — monitor Platform activity to verify compliance with these Terms or applicable legal requirements.

Choosing not to enforce a rule on one occasion does not mean we've waived the right to enforce it later.

You bear full responsibility for every transaction, message, and data action you carry out through the Platform.

Discovered a bug, security vulnerability, or system issue? Report it immediately through official Bulaxior support channels.

1.4 Access Restrictions and Termination

Bulaxior may limit or revoke your Platform access — temporarily or permanently — if:

  • You breach any part of these Terms;
  • We have reasonable grounds to suspect illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activity;
  • Your actions threaten the integrity, operations, or reputation of our systems.

We accept no liability for any consequences arising from such restrictions.

The Platform may connect you to independent third-party offerings, deals, and services ("External Providers").

1.5 External Providers and Independent Products

Regarding External Providers, Bulaxior does not:

  • hire, supervise, or endorse them in any way;
  • make promises about their quality, accuracy, legality, or reliability;
  • accept liability for commitments they make outside this Platform;
  • reference their content for any purpose beyond user convenience and awareness.

Any dealings you have with External Providers are entirely at your own risk.
